The handle reminds me of this one. That's a crazy blade though. Will be interesting I'm sure.

That CRKT handle is pretty sweet! I like the look of that hammered steel and rusted-out G10 layering.

They tested it on a 240B at full auto. Seems to be more than adequate for my needs, plus its user serviceable.

    Rem Oil
    Birchwood Casey Bore Scrubber
    Hoppes Elite Gun Oil
    500pk of Cabela's cleaning patches

All I need now is something to clean my Maxus and I'm set. I got pissed the other night and threw out all the cleaning supplies I had because my kit was missing more and more parts as time went on and the rods weren't working right. It was time for something new.

Received the Stainless Izula that I had ordered from KnifeWorks.com a couple weeks ago (they are still $50 w/ the clip-plate included):
    http://www.knifeworks.com/eseestainlessizulaneckknifepurpleconcealedcarryknife.aspx

Funny story here. When I was ordering it, I saw the option to get it engraved (+$8) so I considered having my Screen Name added...but ultimately decided against it. When it showed-up today, I was surprised to see the packing slip with all the highlighted areas from the QC Dept. They had checked-off the Engraving box, and it had my screen name engraved on the blade. I didn't pay for this, nor was it selected when I placed the order.

I called them up today to explain the oversight, and pay the difference for the engraving. They said no addtl. payment was necessary, but they appreciated the honesty. Also, they had thrown-in a nice microfiber towel/hank and a few packets of Flitz polish in the box - which always makes me smile, since I love swag!!! :)

I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again, and they let me know the SS Izula + Clip Plate will likely remain at that price for some time...so if anyone has been wanting one, or needs a gift idea!

I like the DOAT scales much better than the other more expensive scale makers'. They totally transform the knife to a very comfortable one to hold and use...and they look good to boot!

Amazon had $10 off of a $50 Kershaw purchase, so I grabbed a Cryo II and a Link. The link is like a ZT light. Solid, excellent opening action, tight lock.

    Well worth the $30

Agree. I've had Wilkins and others but these are the best.

What do you think of the stock? I've got one on my 45-70 handirifle and it tames the round really nicely.

    Congrats on the gobbler!
