Just so we're clear, when I say coffee, I mean frappaccino.

Frappaccino, crappaccino, what difference does it make. If you're drinking it iced you're not going to burn your lips. Okay?

It is sometimes cold on my teeth, though.

I still have a few old and battered enamel mugs around The Cave somewhere. They were a standard part of any bushman's kit here for as long as anyone I know can remember. Mine are a bit beaten up now however.

I like my coffee like I like my friends... cheap, bitter, heartburn inducing, always ready, bad for my health, and hot. Very very hot... so maybe that's my problem.

Growing up in scouting we always used these

Up until a year ago they were made here in Oklahoma, just a couple miles down the road. Extremely durable and they don't get too hot. Plus you can brand them and customize them

Ok, I boiled some water for some hot chocolate while I cooked some @RedEyedHog steaks tonight.

I did not burn my lips.

Don't show that to @Expat because the next thing you know he'll be getting splinters in his "girlie" soft lips.

I don't have an enamel cup but here is a close replica of the profile with a "hotlip" on it. It fits but stands proud at the bottom because the edge is too thick. Probably workable.

You see this cup in a lot of my coffee/knives photos. This is my favorite coffee cup. Villeroy & Boch made in Luxembourg of premium porcelain. It was given to me as a wedding gift in 1982 (1st marriage). It is the only cup left in the set. I think my first wife broke most of them throwing them at me. :)

Thanks! Just ordered some. And a couple of their plates. Looks like they are trying to get rid of the blue. Maybe the blue doesn't sell as well as the white.

OK, that's weird - I thought I'm not bothered with the colour so actually re-ordered the blue ones as it would save me paying the duty tax...The shipping cost changed (from $22.50 when ordering the $38 set) to $38.50!
    WTF! Really?!
