BRS-12A multi fuel stove

    I'll try to remember to look and note what a can of Coleman fuel cost next time I go thru the store. I don't think it's $20 US per gallon though! ( going with a swag on the conversion between US$ and CAD..)

    The buildup mainly comes from using the offbrand fuels. The Crown fuel has more waxes and you see more buildup from it than authentic Coleman brand "camp fuel".

    I can only get Coleman naptha up here .

    there is laboratory grade naptha , but it’s triple the price at $160 CAD for 4 litres . It is even cleaner than Coleman

    gonna run the stove on gasoline , might use naptha once in awhile for cleanout

    That nut is the access for the onboard cleaning wire - you undo the nut, twist the wire a few times and it scrapes the gennie tube clean .
