Got a few early Christmas gifts from CountyComm. These will make great stocking stuffers/Secret Santa gifts:

I've tried out a lot of lights this year, but this one is still going strong as my favorite.

    Malkoff MDC Neutral XP-L 16650.

And the Malkoff sickness continues... Just ordered the new Wildcat V6 neutral with an MD4 body. The LED is a Cree XHP50 (4000K 90CRI). 950 continuous, out the front lumens, with 5200 lux at one meter.

It has a frosted optic so it's all flood, hence the "low" lux. The beam shot pics that have been posted on CPF are pretty impressive.

Ok flashlightaholics, I have a Surefire 6P that I'd like to get a pocket clip for. Any suggestions?

Updated Malkoff family pic, minus the 6P with an M61N that is mounted on my AR.

    From left to right:

MDX 16.5 head with an M61N and a high/low ring, MDC 1AA Nichia 219B V2, VME head with an M61NL on an MDC 1AA body (14500 battery), MDC Neutral XP-L 16650, VME head with an M61N on an MDC 16650 body, Surefire G2 with an M61LL Nichia 219B V2, Surefire 6P with an M61LL, Surefire 6P with an M61NL, MD2 with an M361N in an MDX 22.3 head with a high/low ring, and a Wildcat V6 Neutral MD4.

This is pretty much every current Malkoff product that I have the desire to own, with the exception of a Neutral Hound Dog XM-L head (On my Christmas wishlist). I may do a McClicky conversion on the 6P and put the M361N in it, and put the M61NL in the MDX 22.3 head, but I'm not sure yet.

Titanium Lenslights - KO & MINI, like most days I'm carrying the MINI today. Absolutely love these lights and am yet to find anything I like better. There ability to flood or tightly focus continues to amaze me.

I did some testing when I went car camping the other day, and I was blown away by how much better a neutral white tint cuts through smoke compared to cool white. I could shine a neutral light right through smoke, and it would light up whatever I was aiming at. With cool white, it was almost like the light reflected off the smoke and didn't illuminate what I was trying to look at nearly as well.

Just thought I'd share my observation. :)

Same applies to foliage, the neutral has less splash back.

Fenix is finally releasing a handheld light with a neutral white tint. It's about time they started listening to the market demands. Now if we can get them to start offering moonlight modes... This is at least a step in the right direction for them.

So I got this cheapo ultrafire flashlight off eBay for $7. Came with a 3.7v 3000mah battery and charger. Seems solid built. Has a plastic lense tho. Really bright. Specs say 6000 lum. Lights stuff up 100 yards away no problem. Has high and low beam and strobe function. Adjustable beam width. Not bad for the price. Maybe one day I'll step up my flashlight game. Anyone else have experience with one?[IMG]
