Yes I understand. I've sent suitcases of stuff to Honduras with family members. I sent every Lego toy I had as a child one visit, a suitcase full. It brings me joy to think there are little kids down there playing with my old toys and that they have something they could never afford themselves.

It's the same here in the Netherlands too. All packages from outside the EU are checked nowadays. Nomather the value :(

You'll forget about that quickly once you put your new TKC hanlles on your Esee :D

What drives me mad that it was not like that, until these knock-off sites started selling their sh@t like crazy.

I am sure I will love them.

Picked up 75 pounds of Deer meat from the butchers today :)

I used some to make stroganoff tonight and the family devoured it!

Looks like I need to get another deer this year. :)

When did ESEE make black and OD green scales for the candiru? Or have they? These are selling on Amazon. Screenshot_20211127-084010_Chrome.jpg Screenshot_20211127-085358_Chrome.jpg

My 6 & 5 with TKC are different knives compared to the original handles. Super comfy, never looked back :D

I have the G10 ones, micarta only makes them more delicious

I have the TKC scales in my RAT-7 and that was a huge improvement over the squared off micarta. Eliminated the hot spots and really secured it in my hand for chopping.

If you want them shipped from within the EU... This dutch webshop called knives and tools sells Armatus sheaths, allthough there are no Esee sheaths availabke at this moment but you could contact them if they can order them for you.

Went on a little day/night trip yesterday, back to Eureka springs to visit the Crescent Hotel. It's such a cool little town too. 20211129_195940.jpg 20211129_200005.jpg 20211129_200027.jpg 20211129_200018.jpg 20211129_204418.jpg 20211129_212828.jpg

The spot where we were, on the way and I tried to get some star shots. The sky was perfectly clear and we saw stars forever, including the milky way. (can you tell I don't get out much lol) Screenshot_20211130-113502_Maps.jpg 20211130_152757.jpg 20211130_153211.jpg 20211130_164715.jpg IMG_20211130_181938_252.jpg 20211130_180729.jpg
