You found one, nice! That's my favorite color scheme from ESEE. I about died laughing when I saw your post in FS/FT. Story of my life.

I'm glad you didn't sell it! Your Junglas is absolutely gorgeous. I'm not sure I would've been able to keep my cool if someone lowballed me that hard.

Right? It's so true tho. Sometimes that itch just won't go away until it's scratched.

This one is making an appearance in honor of my return to the discussions here. She 2EA6B251-640D-46EE-A8F9-52F59BA48711.jpeg has been neglected in a drawer and needs to get out and get some love.

Next year I should add at least 2 more knives, TKC scales for the 4 and kydex for 3 and 4.

These ones indeed cover all my needs.
An Izzy 2 for EDC and a 6HM to finish the HM trio. Regular 6 would be my hiking blade and the HM will taste more slime and blood :)

I have the knife Connection g10 handles on my bk9 but don't like how heavy they are. Changes the balance on it too. So probably switching those out for some micarta

I doubt the micarta ones would be any lighter. I had them on a BK7 and they definitely changed the balance.

Nice!! How do you compare the bk9 to the jungles? I started with the bk2 then the bk9. I've moved to Esee since so of course my curiosity wonders if I need the jungles too as well as the bk9... I guess it'd be like comparing the bk2 and esee 5 though. Just get it even if it's similar lol.

You could always get scales like these. Very light weight, just a tad heavier than the stock ones. Look on ebay 20220126_140802.jpg
