Just arrived in the mail today. Very happy with the new knife. Handles are great on first impression. Hopefully get to do some hunting Friday to test it out!

somebody over there also does a great job on the sharpener! My compliments to them.

Not much of a test but S35VN stands up to a lemon tree well.

Got to put some S35VN to the test hunting today. Worked perfectly. Liking this knife more every time I use it.

Granted it was a goat so they’re not huge but the edge stayed sharp through processing in the field. Popping the joints was easy as can be. The uncoated blade is super smooth through soft tissue also.

I got careless and got bit so now we’re bonded. Got more blood on my pants from my finger than the goat.

mine has held an edge like no tomorrow. Absolutely love this steel. BTW I can attest that's is a super tough material.

I’ve had the same experience with the edge. I’ve only touched it up on a stone and it’s still razor sharp. I know everyone says stones don’t work on S35. But it does fine for touch ups so far.

Ditto. Takes, and holds, the best freehand edge I've ever had with S35. I use diamond/ceramic/leather.

To paraphrase the T-shirt...went hunting today and all I got was this picture. S35 still getting out in the field and still love the steel.

At least my son got something!

S35vn cuts fish pretty good. Tried it with this guy and worked better than I thought it would. Ok in all honesty not as good as a true fillet knife but still not bad.
