    ....show off !!! ;)

We poured a new driveway and put up some new carports and roofing and called that "Christmas" this year. Just being off work for a few days more than usual is gift enough for me.. !!

I thought you Austrians lived in huts and had hippos as children. I am always amazed at the new facts that I learn on the forum.

Gift from my wife. I love the larger scales/surface area on this. Fits my hand perfectly.

It is a miniature neck knife.

This is the Alaskan Scout. I am not a fan of scandi grinds because I have never learned how to properly buschcraft but this blended taper is the bee’s knees.

I got a new pair of Kuhl pants for hiking.
These are the first pair of Kuhl pants I have worn, they are pretty nice, fit good and stretchy.

Some of the incredibly thoughtful things that I received from my family were: a Snow & Nealley Hudson Bay axe, a Victorinox Huntsman S.A.K., Mors Kochanski’s “Bushcraft”, an Uberleben Stoker flat pack stove, and an Exotac NanoStriker XL. Pretty damn appreciative of all of these gifts! Can’t wait to use them!

My dad and I both got a new stainless steel Izula and a Husqvarna hand forged multipurpose axe. I picked up a carpenter's axe a few weeks before Christmas as well and am really liking it. Can't wait to break in the multipurpose axe and Izula!
