Pretty much the same stuff in my area of Missouri... no TP, no germicidal wipes, no antibacterial hand scrubs, bleach and Lysol almost all wiped out on the shelves. Since I was diagnosed with Flu-B on Tuesday, I pretty much used all of our wipes at the house to keep the rest of the family from getting it. Managed to buy some heavy duty “reusable wipes” and some more Lysol just in case. The way my luck is going this year (fortunate enough to get both Flu A & B in the last 3 months!) I’ll get Covid 19 just by thinking about it...

I assume its probably the same everywhere now but our sams clubs, aldis, walmarts, everything. Completely bare shelves, no meat, no bread, fresh food is picked over. Never saw anything like it in my life.

The wholly unprepared masses have finally realized they may soon be confined to their homes for a duration of time.

Stock at the stores will level out and be normal again soon.

I was glad to see some common sense portrayed at the press event yesterday at the Rose Garden.

“Stop buying toilet paper” and “just wash your hands with soap and water” were the two biggest messages of the day, in response to a reporters question about bare shelves.

The only way to stop this now is-

    Testing
    Contact tracing
    Quarantine
    Social distancing

If this does not happen we will end up like China and Italy, actually it might be to late now.

yes on the contact form. schools in my area are now closed as well.

i watched at least 20 people touch the same clipboard and pen...i started telling people i bet that's where they'll get infected. i was the only one who washed my hands after filling it out.

the thing with this 10 pm curfew is now people who normally show up way later are now inside the bars along with the early birds (people like me who swing-by before going home from work)...so instead of reducing density they've actually increased it.

People want what they want and don’t listen until it hurts (myself included sadly).

I think that posting real-time experiences and your general location will provide a foundational, situational awareness for all of our members here.

Honest assessment is often lacking in general media dissemination.

Keep the reports coming team! Great work thus far.

I had work today and thought it would be slow, but I was surprised at the amount of people that don't really
    seem to care much.

Its a sad day for sure.

We’re in a small rural community in TN. We were out yesterday running a few errands. Apparently, we didn’t get the memo. Life seemed normal. Only thing we saw were signs limiting toilet paper and hand wipes. The grocery stores bad both. Although I did see several Alabama tags in the parking lot, which is a bit unusual.

    Tulsa Oklahoma.

Most Churches have suspended services, and the ones that are able are doing remote/video services. These are mainly the really large ones.

    Spring break is next week.
As of yet, only a couple of schools have announced extended weeks off.

The major colleges in the state are taking extra time off and doing remote classrooms, I think for the remainder of the semester.

Pretty much all sporting events are cancelled.

Tulsa mayor said no gatherings of more than 250 people on city owned property (including streets) and any event that required a permit has also been cancelled.

I have heard reports of some restaurants doing take out only, but can’t confirm to be true.

I don’t get a real sense of panic from talking to people.

Most things at stores were readily available until Friday evening, that’s when the masses hit and really wiped everything out.
However this was sporadic, as in WalMart was picked clean but locally owned (and only slightly more expensive) Reasors was still very well stocked Saturday morning. Not fully stocked, but they had at least a handful of pretty much everything.

    Now we wait and see.
