Well I’m now down 30# in 6 months, basically I eliminated worthless carbs from my life. Still drinking beer but not eating bagels. I’ve added a new AR15 shaped object to the fold, next addition is a Junglas or similar big ass knife (BAK?), maybe a second Izula II? SWMBO wants a Glock 19. I have a great wife. Now my big carcass needs to get into to woods and hike.
