Hey Guys and Gals, This isn't something I would normally ask, but my Dad could really use some prayers and a little help. Not long ago, my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He has been in severe pain every moment of the day since then, the family has tried everything we could that was not chemo. None of which has worked, aside from mildly easing the pain. My father would like to attend a Hollistic healing program, but regretfully the family cannot afford it. My sister has setup a GoFundMe account, and any little bit you guys could donate, would be very greatly appreciated. It has been a very difficult time for us, but we are doing our best to stay positive. https://www.gofundme.com/please-help-our-ill-father Thank you, Gary
Thank you for this opportunity. I would also suggest you contact our own Darryl Patton at https://thesouthernherbalist.com/ Darryl has some treatments that have helped a lot of folks. God bless.
Smoke for you. My Mom was stricken, prickly pear seemed to help. As a jelly (from the fruits) and fresh pads diced, she like them in eggs.
This is my good friend Roger. Please read it and share with your dad. There are treatments that will work. http://blog.al.com/pr-community-news/2012/11/stapleton_cancer_survivor_roge.html
I've tried talking him into it, but being old school he's still against it. At this point he's in constant pain. Dr has him on norco right now. First it was every twelve hours, then 8 because it was so bad. Today they signed off on six and doubled the dosage. I took him to get some dinner, and about 4 bites of food later, he was in so much pain we had to help him walk back to the truck. I've always had a rocky relationship with my dad, but it really kills me to see him like this. Today's dr visit, was them telling us the tumors are continuing to grow, but my dad still refuses chemo. The family is unsure about it as well, pancreatic cancer looks to have one of the lowest survival rates with or without chemo. To top it off, a few days ago some assholes stole all of his tools. All they left was a screw driver and tin snips. Scumbags. So it sucks to see him in this much pain, then get more bummed out about his tools being stolen. Trying to stay positive. But feeling worn down.
Hope you guys don't mind a little bump on this. My father is still getting progressively worse, he can no longer walk without assistance. However my father also wanted me to relay his appreciation and thanks, to those that have wished him well and donated. We could use continued prayers and support. Thank you kindly Mud
Gentlemen and ladies, Mud reached out to me to let you all know that his father had passed away last week. His gofundme is still open for funeral costs and he could use your encouragment and thoughts.
