ive always toyed with the idea of buying a 6x6, outfitting it as a massive diesel overlander, and simply driving around, working when I need to....but always having a place to sleep.
Left work early yesterday afternoon when I got the notification it had arrived. Picked it up, gave it a quick cleaning and went straight to the range. What a great way to begin to the weekend....
Ruger GP100 .357 Wiley Clapp edition. Sights were dead on out of the box. And a rack of 158 gr. 38+P run through it felt like I was shooting .22s. Followed that up with some 158 gr. .357 till a couldn't shoot no more and then I needed a beer.
You Nothing like a tent the size of my first apartment. Hope is to at least get the family and dogs out for some car camping and progress from there. When my wife was younger she was all about backpacking. Now with two young kids two dogs I think she finds it a little overwhelming at times. Oh well back on track in the right direction...out!
I have one of these. Awesome base camp tent. Just spent a week out of it while attending Wintercount. Awesome stuff!
another month another new glock my favorite pistol overall is the gen 5 g17 so i bought a backup...i think i'll buy another one next month and a backup g43 and call it good for awhile. hyve +1 base plates with +2 taran tactical springs for the g43 mags. my glock collection so far.
i'm definitely a convert...the g17 is the only pistol where i can stop shooting for 3 weeks then come back and after the first mag my groups are right back to where they were as if i was shooting several times a week...we just click
Savage 25 walking varminter in .22 hornet and a Leopold VX-3 2.5-8 power. My wife cut me off for a while but it’s worth it.
Dad has a H&R handy rifle in .22 hornet that I shot a lot growing up. I wanted to get a hornet for a long time and finely just bit the bullet.
