I think we had this somewhere on the old forum.

Mine was a DT ESEE 4 then shortly followed by a DT izula.

Izula... wanted a 'neck' knife to take with me on my runs. Zip tied it to a ball chain.

Izula II followed by a 6. Probably could have stopped with those and been set.

Funny, me too, in that order.

But then I had to get a PR4 and a Candiru and then a Libertariat, of course....;)

    In order:
    • 3 (2012, southern Maine, before moving north)
    • Izula II
    • Izula I
    • RB3
    • Zancudo
    Still have the latter 3.

Oh, and an AH1. Got that, too. Just over to the left of my hammock.

I went in this order, as best as I can remember anyway.

    Gray izula
    Junglas
    Od 4
    dt Izula II
    Od Rc3
    Dt 4
    Another Junglas
    Laser strike
    Od candiru
    Esee 6
    dt izula
    Tactical gray Esee 4
    Dark earth candiru
    Dark earth Izula
    Rb3
    Junglas 2
    Jg3
    Cr2.5

    I have still these
    Gray Izula
    Esee 6
    Dark earth candiru
    Dark earth Izula
    Junglas 2
    Jg3
    Cr 2.5

The izula's and candiru are retired. The two camplores are far better knives. The 6 and Junglas 2 handle all the big jobs.

While technically not an ESEE, my first knife designed by Mike and Jeff was a first gen Ontario RTAK before RAT knives were produced by Rowen.

I was gifted a modded Laserstrike by @Emac. I liked it so much that I gave into Esee-itis to try out other models.

    Then I bought in order:
    3
    Junglas
    2nd Laserstrike
    5
    3-CP
    Izula
    6-CP
I still have both Laserstrikes, 5 and Junglas.

Also bought my son a DT Laserstrike that @CWB's engraved for him, a 6, an dark earth izula and a dark earth Junglas.

    orange scaled 3

    then i sold it...

then I bought an micarta scaled 3

    then i sold it.....

then numerous Izula's and Izzy 2'as....

then a 5.... LOVED THAT knife but it was too short. Needed another 10" on the blade.

    and i sold it.

    then a laserstrike.....hated it....traded it i think

then a Junglas from JCA21 (hey were is that guy anyways?) got a smoking Bro Deal on it. He had used it twice, didn't suit his needs. Asked to go hiking with me one day and pulled out the Junglas and said "here try this" . SOLD ON THE SPOT.

still got it... #0115 with the SKULL logo. (going to retire it and sell it 20 years form now , the Esee Skull logo knives will be hot sellers ..... :) (seeing as the skull logo on the knives is being changed)

plus 2 izzy 2's, one from Arguable Lobster (stripped, vinegar patina) , and one as a gift from someone

bought an Avispa.....treated the metal handle with non tempering heat and a propriety oil and made "Toxic Sludge" scales.....

loved that Avispa with the custom coloring.....but gave it to the 4x4 dude that gave me a ride when the Jeep turbo blew out and I was in the middle of nowhere with no cell reception

Reno Lewis sold me a shiny thing......an Esee 6. Love it

    bought another one. (avispa)
really missed my Avispa I gave away......so i bought the same one again (green scales,, Aus 8)

got a Cleaver then the Libertariat too. Both epic

Black 4 (sharpened swedge) but sent it straight back because I ordered plain edge,
Got a DT 4 plain instead

Sold that, then had 3 izulas, two 3s, two 6s and a junglas

Currently own a 3 and junglas..
