How can you expect to wear most of a bear for a hat and take over the world wearing a skirt and carrying something that looks an octopus under your arm if you can't make time for a proper brew? Honestly.

A brew up while hiking or wheeling or military'ing or whatever...... is like a nice sit down break, kinda like Friday afternoon beers with the lads at the pub, after a ****ty work week, but with a sugar/caffeine kick . A good brew up eases stomach pangs, provides a energy kick, restores mental clarity, and is basically a nice way to have a break. Its also a good routine, something the lads and lassies appreciate during tough times......its a way to keep the balance. Like my bud Andy once said, "don't ever get in the way of me when i need a brew up"..........

Business idea: make a modern day brew-up kit that fits in a SAW pouch.

I know. I’m totally in on the mugs. Just having some difficulty really getting excited about the artwork proofs I’ve done so far. A lot of the other mugs look so awesome and I want mine to look awesome as well. I’m not giving up on them. I will have them eventually but I want them to be really well done so even people that don’t know about the knives say, “Wow, that’s a cool mug. I want one of them. “

In the meantime, the Deneen Pottery one’s are in the works. And they are awesome quality.

I can appreciate northerners hating sweet tea, especially if you had said sweet tea in the north. I tried some "sweet" tea in NY, awful.

If you've had it in the south and still hate it, I get it. But don't say you hate it until you have tried it here, because the north is messing it up.

Also, what's up with milk and lemon and gross stuff in tea?

I generally drink unsweetened ice tea, mainly because my fat butt needs to avoid carbs.

Is it because Florida water comes pre-steeped in algae?
A serving of vegetables in every cup.

    With all due respect ...

If you start with Good tea to begin with, nothing else needs to be added!

Might as well. War over tea is kind of an American thing anyways.

yeah - I made tea for a half brit buddy once - brewed up a strong pot, then put 3 heaping spoonful of loose leaf in a thermos and poured the fresh hot tea over that.
sealed it up and tossed it in the back seat of the car.
found it 10-12 hours later -- still hot, and strong enough to hold the cup itself.
James said it reminded him of visiting his g-parents.....

Sorry, Bushy. It is a character flaw that I have that I don't suffer eating or drinking something just to acquire the taste for some substance that initially tastes foul to me. Hot chocolate and Mt Dew are my preferences over tea and coffee. It is too bad since my nephew owns a couple of coffee shops and I could probably have all I could drink.

    ah i hear ya.....just razzing.

I got big into hot chocolate a few years back.......melting dark bakers chocolate in a pan, adding milk and slowly stirring.......roasting marshmallows and topping off the chocolate with them and drizzles of melted chocolate and caramel.

Mt dew waaaaay too sweet for me. I barely drink pop at all. Maybe one can a month if that. And it usually is mixed with jack

I think the short guns are cute but I hit better with the longer bbls. The only reason my hunting guns have 30" bbls is they would not make them in 32" at the time. I am 10 time more likely to go past a bird and stop the swing than not catch up with the bird in the first place. They smooth things out for me. I am pretty sure I have the first Arrieta 30" 2o ga and probably the first 28 ga in that length.
