Which one do you prefer and why do you prefer it? Personally I like frank's, I like the sweeter flavour and the subtle heat that follows. I do however like Tabasco for cooking
My personal favorite hot sauce is Garlic Tobasco. I prefer the lower heat and richer flavor. I won't scoff and Frank's though, and always have some on hand.
I ate it a ton when I was young(er), single and blew all my money on stupid things. Now I can hardly look at it haha
Sriracha for cooking, or bumping up the heat of other sauces. Louisiana Hot Sauce / Tabasco for pork skins, or the sort of junk food you eat on crackers. Frank's Red Hot for pizza, battered chicken, or mood based replacement for Louisiana/ Tobasco. Cholula for dinner time meat cuts, or potatoes. San Luis for Mexican food. Picante sauce (almost always mixed with Sriracha) for a lazy attempt at salsa. ...Can you tell I like hot sauce?
