@mtngoat and @Strigidae the 3 day Swiftwater class is a breeze and a LOT of fun...not to mention it is knowledge and a skillset that ANY outdoorsman (person) should have...

Seriously, it's worth doing and not that bad...I will hold your hand....we can jump together!

I’m super stocked guys. I am already signed up and paid for. I’m taking the April 19 intro to survival and April 20-21 for land navigation ! I can’t wait. Is it ok to camp on property since those classes are back to back ?

Also, is there an intro into SAR? I am also considering taking advanced bushcraft.

Arethere still patches and certificates or class knive sbeing handed out?

Last question is there a pre course to the survival intensive or is that a class and then they put you through the intensive ? Thanks. I can’t wait to meet everyone.

Glad you are coming....let me see if I can cover all the bases.

Camping is allowed on the back to back classes...it is primitive camping but we do have a Porta-potty..(because we are classy like that)

the Intro to SAR is now covered in several of our SAR and NASAR classes...class descriptions are listed on the www.randallsadventure.com website so you can pick the one that best suits you. (We are still updating and finalizing classes so be sure to check often)

No precourse work for Survival Intensive but it would be good to speak to Patrick about what you can expect when you visit in April.

Patches and class knives are given out on our 3 day classes but NOT 1 and 2 day classes..

Advanced bushcraft is one of my favorite classes and always a lot of fun....

    Hope this helps

@shaneadams90 I hope to be bringing several people to Adv. Bushcraft. I have a friend who does not do much camping that is supposed to be coming.

@shaneadams90 looking at the Advanced bushcraft class . I have heard great stories of after class campfire get togethers. That being said what is the layout/ proximity of the primitive camping to after class fireside get together to place where we could park a vehicle? My idea would be if permitted to camp in my truck (I would have a Nice cozy backseat sleeping setup.)

Camping in the truck is no issue....We've relocated bum camp and you are no more than 200 yard from the parking area to bum camp....zero issues there.

I can’t promote Adv. Bushcraft enough. I’m hoping to make it back down to the farm for another course this year.
