He is the man. Seriously, I'd love to have a beer with this dude and listen to whatever he has to say.
Hate to say, but that appears orchestrated to make a point. That being said...I've got a few fobus holsters, maybe 3, and they are fine under a few circumstances. But I'll be danged if I would take one to a school or into a serious situation because they either seem to be too loose, too tight, or don't attach to your pants well. That dipsey-doodle had a fobus on a jogging suit that would never provide support or retention so that you could pop the weapon out of the holster.
He’s one of those guys who has a constant stream of good stuff flowing past his speach center and some of it gets out. “Winning, staying alive is winning!” That there is tattoo worthy. And I don’t believe in tattoos...
Guy with the fobus holster posted on another site, he said Smith gave him a nice holster to replace the Fobus. I think he explained why he had it, I forget where I saw it. I never took a class with Smith, or really heard him talk before he got on youtube, bit of an odd duck. I have a book of Smith's around somewhere that's decent. Smith has an interesting "old gun" class that looks like a regular carbine type class with WWII type firearms. I think Smith moved from Texas to Oregon.
