Maybe, if they would allow partial attendance.

@Strigidae and @SEMO need to build them a permanent shelter at the farm:D

Lol. We have one. If I can find my topo map of the farm I will give the grid location.

You stay there 1 more week, and Jeff can claim you as a dependent on his return this year.

October is a busy month for us. Overland Expo at the beginning of the month, another swiftwater rescue class first week of the month, an advanced survival class middle of the month, then SMKW rep weekend, then the bushcraft class. If Wendy and I stay gone much more then I'm not even going to be able to declare ourselves as dependents on our taxes.

How you can stop at SMKW and not keep driving in to the mountains takes serious self control.

Pretty simple when you see the non-ending line of traffic headed towards the mountains. Going the Gatlinburg way is something I try to avoid when possible. I like going in from the Bryson City side.

The stretch between SMKW and Gatlinburg can be hell if you hit it at the right time. Almost better to get back on 40 and go towards NC then get back off and head south. I love the Bryson City side and that area. The drive from Ocoee to Asheville is really nice. Next time y'all are down this way we will take you to some areas that are less crowded and just as beautiful (if not more) than the areas around Gatlinburg.

Sounds good. We hope to make that happen in the coming year.
