Anyone have any favorite shows on Netflix?
I've been watching Narcos, pretty awesome show about Pablo Escabar. Restrepo and Korengal.

Not a Netflix original, but Spartacus is on there and that's a great show. Pretty gory and lots of sex and nudity so fair warning if that's not something that you want to watch.

We just recently bought a smart tv and let me tell you if you pay for wifi and one of the satellite providers you are paying too much do yourself a favor and get you a smart tv. Now for reccomedations... Marco Polo and Hell on Wheels are excellent and there are a few more let me consult my watchlist and I will get back to you. Also HULU is excellent, pay for the no commercials version its worth it. I hate regular tv now just because of commercials.

Spartacus sounds right down my alley then.

Never saw it but I'll add it.

I loved Hell on Wheels, one of my favorite shows.
I heard stranger things is good

I was gonna post this in Expats forum but I have no interest in Brokeback Mountain or Queer eye for the straight guy.

    Shows i watch:
    Archer
    My Name is Earl
    White Collar
    House M.D.
    Supernatural

Movies tend to suck, but Killing Season is a good one, IMO.

Longmire is really good. It was on A&E, then Netflix took it over. New season starts Sept 23.

I am on my second time through of the BBC show Merlin. I absolutely love it. Its sort of a different spin on the story, but very good and downright hilarious at times. It starts a little slow though while it builds the story. You really have to give it 5 or 6 episodes before deciding. My wife does not care for the fantasy stuff but i made her sit through the first few episodes. After that she loved it and wouldnt let me watch a single episode without her. Robin Hood was another BBC show I enjoyed but thats not on there anymore. Revolution and Continuum were decent and worth watching when theres nothing else on. Eventually you get hooked on the characters and cant stop watching. My wife and I like Once Upon a Time. The story line is very well written, how it intertwines all the fairy tale stories....Last Man Standing is the funniest show I have ever watched. And there is always MacGyver

    Marco Polo is good.

Spartacus is a good show, except for all the roosters.

I tried repeatedly to get into Marco Polo, but for some reason, that one just didn't work for me. I may try it again sometimes. Maybe I didn't give it enough time.

    Top Netflix for me:
    • Peaky Blinders -- I'm in the third season now; exceptional
    • Hell on Wheels -- another vote for that one; best western I've ever watched by far
    • House of Cards -- Kevin Spacey as a corrupt president
    • Copper
    • Anthony Bourdain -- more a documentary; a chef travels the world with social commentary
I only wish Game of Thrones was available on Netflix. I'm a HUGE fan of that one, but I can't get it.

The first few episodes of Marco had a lot of skin in it so I was hooked. Then they backed off for the rest. Can't wait for season 3
