I have all my orders caught up and shipped or delivered. So now I am bored and need something to do. if you can think up a leather project that is not to time consuming ( like backpack, chaps assless or not,) some kinda gear or pouch that you think would be great to have let me know. if you are picked I will make it and ship it you for free. If you can include a picture or drawing it would help. we will let this run till Thursday then I will pick the winner and get started.
No bUT can make you one in a couple weeks some one is using my rifle and can make you one when I get it back.
Will do they are only $20.00 unless you want any kind of tooling or stamping they we will work something out. I have changed mine up some added more cartridge loops to it.
I'm a big fan of "Tool Rolls". Would be cool to create a simple tool roll-up that could be used for small hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, knives, pens/pencils etc.) Also, a simple leather loop key-ring holder would be neat. Similar to the "Key-Bar" but with a leather strap and post to hold your keys.
How about axe mask and sling? One with a retaining snap for the lower handle. Like this, http://counciltool.com/shop/accesso...-duty-full-welted-leather-black-with-d-rings/, but, nice.
I have made moccasins for my cousin about 3 years ago, he uses them for squirrel and early bow season. they are still holding up which surprises the hell, out of me lol. they are a pain to do. bet you could do a lot better job then I did.
You are too kind. Ive not started yet but looking at the designs its gonna be a project for sure. It is amazing what a beating leather can take though.
I love projects that take time for the long winter months. sitting in front of fire place working leather, something inspiring and relaxing about it.
i'm wanting to make some saps and blackjacks... gotta find time and materials... a coin SAP would be cool... YKK zipper, room for a couple rolls of quarters and dimes...
