I pass this place every time I've gone up to take an ESEE class. I've always wanted to stop but they only operate around Halloween. I used to help my grandfather with two commercial chicken houses as a young boy. They are indeed the stuff of nightmares!

Yeah it's been crazy since I moved here. There was hardly a winter which was disappointing and now we get all four seasons in a week's time lol.

Same here in MA I’m sick of this weather. Being home 24/7 it’s driving me crazy. We are getting 4-7” tonight into tomorrow. Great.

Totally feel ya man. Luckily our snow melted after a few hours. It was nice to watch but even michiganders can't drive in it .

Nobody South of Lansing has any idea how to drive in snow. They have no idea how to drive period... lol. And unfortunately Drew you are right smack in the middle of the worst of it

And for the sake of the thread here is a photo I took yesterday of my dog having a staredown with a squirrel

I drive all through Detroit once to twice a week for work when not in quarantine lol. The speed limit is 55, they go 80... if it’s 70, half go 90 the other half go 55...and they honk and flip you off for being in the center lane and going less than 5 over...Word of Caution for next winter. Do not leave the house on the first day of significant snowfall. People of Detroit have some sort of memory lapse thingy going on ( I assume it’s the proximity to Lake Erie) but they have to re-learn how to drive in snow every year so the first snowfall usually causes accidents everywhere

Hahaha! I like driving in Detroit because it's always interesting. The hardest part about driving from the east side of the state to the west side is staying awake. In Detroit however driving is almost like being on a roller coaster. Never a dull moment.

I agree its a roller coaster. A roller coaster at a traveling fair that is being controlled by some toothless one-armed blind carnie that is wasted on booze and meth...Not exactly the kind of people whose hands you want your life in lol

Exactly and another thing I don't get is you're the only other one on the road and they tailgate you , like there's not 3 other lanes to go around? Then they get mad when I put on the brakes lol.

I spent some time in South Africa during college for study abroad. I think a fun game would be taking photos of infrastructure and highways in both countries and making people guess which is which (spoiler alert some parts of Africa are way nicer than Michigan)

The tail gating is next level. I feel like the road rage baseline is at resting meth face lol

I think he's the only survivor, there were three baby black squirrels the other day next to the porch cuddling. One tried to jump up and climb my leg lol. He came up to us earlier trying to find food. Named him Fred.. 20200830_143329.jpg 20200830_142911.jpg 20200830_142811.jpg 20200828_175449.jpg and those aren't my butts, I use the ash can like I'm supposed to
