Up for grabs is the original Esee Forum custom Bad Monkey. This was a giveaway knife on this forum a few years back. ( I was not the winner). I bought it from the winner. Beautiful olive green model with custom orange liners, a custom backspacer, and the blade was stonewashed. All modifications were made by 3 different talented members. I’ve carried it some, but cut nothing more than a sheet of paper. It comes with the original box. Awesome knife, I’m ready to pass this one on. Price is $SOLD shipped and insured to the CONUS only please.
I was the winner and never carried or used it. I handled it a bit around the house. Very cool knife but it was too big for my taste as a EDC so I let it go to fund something else I wanted at the time.
Hey man, wasn’t sure if you were still around or not? Hope all is well. Thanks for posting the history you had with it. Take care!
Thank you. I had been trying to remember who all did work on this one. I knew it was 3 different members.
I think it was Bcamos and Whitty from USA Made Blade and the guy that made the cool scales. His name escapes me at the moment.
Maybe. He went from making and selling on here to having his own website with a slightly different and more marketable name. I think he made a few knives as well but haven't seen or heard of him in a while. Admittedly, I haven't looked though. Sorry to junk up the thread. I forgot it was a FS thread. Didn't mean to clutter it up. Buy this knife. It's cool.
ESEE 6&3 was his form name, he switched to SixThree Bladeworx when he started doing custom scales and knives. Definitely a good guy, his real name is Mike.
That’s right! I even bought one of his knives a few years ago. Thanks for the reminder. I thought his screen name was something like that. I was close!
Yeah man I remember this knife. Fun project. I love seeing these knives still hanging around years later on the same forum with the same group of good guys!!
You guys did a great job on it. It’s nice to see some of the old crew still around the forum. I was very proud of this one, but I decided it was time to pass it on.
