G10 is my favorite handle material so I'd love that. I've looked at the TKC scales several times but the price just seems a bit high; 50% of the knife cost strikes me as too much for scales. Who knows, maybe after I strip the coating off I might change my mind.

our course for "what's next" has not been set....I feel like the LS could use a facelift but we have to set the course forward and are really wanting to see what the numbers tell us after SHOT Show...be patient!

Love my laser strike! Wish it had a factory 90 degree spine, I never do as good on it as they could. It now has the molle backing also. Next I am putting a 1/2” x5” ferro rod on the side of the sheath.Has a fishing kit, and Esee striker in the altoids tin.

Did a nice little hike and then warmed tamales up on the camp site grill, always forget what great day trip food tamales make, throw them frozen in a ziploc and then toast them on a fire when ever you want some tasty nutrition. 20200119_171851.jpg

A black oxide laser strike would be super awesome. 90 degree spine. Just saying.

Yes sir, I have been waiting for that, either in a group buy or to come out production. I would buy it in a heartbeat.

I can see it. Especially if they come out with a contoured scale for it as well. Game changer for the LS.

And the skull logo back on there, I have been looking for a laser strike with a skull logo for a while now.

    Black oxide
    90 degree spine
    Contoured handles
    Skull logo

You nailed it Strigidae sounds like the perfect group buy knife to me.lol

Thanks. I’ve been through all the Esee line and this one stuck. Had to make it “mine” I had ordered some of Dales scales but then cancelled the order. Still on the fence about getting them.

The ones on the butt of the handle are for reverse grip and the semi-scalloped ones near the blade are similar to the TKC ones for pinch grip
