I assume you like the ripspool? Does it come in handy often? I was looking at those this morning after seeing Exotac's post.

It’s fantastic! I’ve added a few hooks, weights etc to the inside. Makes it nice to have. Eventually when I use all the tape I want to put 1” tape on it and add some more cord/snare wire etc. but right now it’s great to have as is

You won’t go wrong. If used right it’s a small hobo fishing kit, repair kit with need/thread and tape. When I go to the 1” tape I want to make small spacers to do micro cord and snare wire. Then it’s the smallest food procurement and repair kit around. My spacers will be wine cork I’m thinking. I want them removable so I can use them as bobbers.

im doing the same thing as Brother @BlueDogScout ,once the tape is used up I'm placing 1" Gorilla Tape then a super thin SS washer, then about 1/2" space filled with mono leader line, then a thin SS wsher then another 1/2" space filled with 20lb synthetic braid fishing line. Few hooks inside the compartment. Some split shot.

you could scale up the RipSpool design to film canister size, with more space inside for hooks, weights etc ;) call it the RipFISH

thanks for the sale @EXOTAC !
