Got a nice bite from my Behemoth Chopper recently. It wedged into a branch pretty deep and my index finger barely grazed the edge in front of the choil when I was pulling it out. I should have been wearing gloves. Always a lesson to be learned with accidents (like this).

I irrigated the wound with Chlorhexadine and used NewSkin for about 2 weeks. I probably could have used 2-3 stitches (especially in the knuckle crease) but the NewSkin did an amazing job keeping it sealed.

Some gnarly injuries in here! Still doesn't beat Mud's incident with the Junglas and power drill! @Mudman

    Face scar!

Will only makes you look cooler. :D

The question is, what was a block of wood doing flying through the air?

I was unscrewing a block from a cabinet when the screw stopped spinning out of the block and instead started spinning the block itself, then flew off my impact driver and into my face. Blurred my eyes for a minute and bled pretty good for 10. Oddly I haven't felt any pain from it until this afternoon (happened Thursday)

Be cautious with this cut across Langer’s lines. Doesn’t heal quite as readily as a parallel laceration.

Yeah that's why they gave me stitches and not glue, and told me to be careful

If you made it this far you know you might see something gross....

I was flipping through old photos from overseas and while I can’t share the image I have these are great examples of why you don’t shoot straight up in the air!!

X-rays showed he hit the bone resulting in a small open fracture. He's all stitched up now and on crutches. All is good.

Oh... and he's getting a new shirt out of the deal. :D
