Picked this one up at Blade. It’s made by an apprentice at Fiddle Back forge named JB Fisher. Phenomenal knife.

My winning knife that LT and Larry Roberts gave away at BLADE. Super thin with a nice forced patina. This was a special that they only made a few of. A few years ago my son won Larry's Genesis knife at BLADE. 2 of 4 years isn't that bad. Believe it or not I knew I would win right before they drew my ticket number from the bucket. Just felt it. I almost raised my arm before Larry pulled it from the container. Also both sheaths are signed by Larry.

The SOG looks like the perfect combination between Old-School and modern Tacticool. I love it!

I really like companion blades of roughly this size. They're capable of doing a lot of work, but remain relatively light in weight and not much larger than the average bushcraft knife on the belt.

While exploring, tracking animals, harvesting materials etc, the longer, heavier blades are rather beneficial for immediate tasks one might encounter in the woods.

Also, I really like hand finished black linen micarta...

Becks are just plain awesome. :). Years ago a gentleman I knew let me play with his Gen 1 Tracker, for a beast mode knife it had wonderful balance and felt like an extension of the hand. A true craftsmen. Maybe you'll post up some dirty beautiful shots?
