The haunting of hill house. A few episodes are kind of boring but for the most part it's pretty good.
Just finished Iron Fist and the Dare Devil. Dare Devil season 3 was pretty good if you are into Marvel. Watching Mountain on Netflix now, its makes my hands and feet sweat...
Come and See www.liveleak.com/view?i=7a1_1370745925 This a 1985 movie done in the Soviet Union. It is in Russian with English subtitles. The movie is amazing from a cinematography perspective. The sound is insane and they used live ammunition, real uniforms, and real WW2 vehicles. The level of work that went into the film is amazing and none of it is CGI. In the scene with the cow they actually shot a real cow.
As a guy with Scottish genes heading to Scotland next year, I'll be watching this starting Nov 9. I'm intrigued by Scottish history: Picts, Celts, Vikings ... This one looks ... interesting.

Peaky Blinders isn't in my best of favorites list -- which is quite long -- but it's very close. It's just an excellent series, well produced, well cast -- Tommy is exceptional, and Tom Hardy (Madd Maxx Fury Road) plays a minor but important character so well -- fine sets and props, etc. It's not history, of course, but a decent representation of life and conditions there at that time. Highly recommended. I haven't watched the latest season yet, but it's on my list. (I'm too caught up in more ancient historical fiction [[ and just plain fiction -- GoT in particular]] right now: Vikings, Scots, Celts. I've also been watching a lot of documentaries and docudramas about WWII.
Hahaha... I understand totally. AI. And some people think it may eventually take over. Color me skeptical.
