Not much that isn't covered with those three! It's good to see the JG-5 in comparison to the other Lore models.

I think the new camplore sheathing is nicer then the orginals. More handsome without the stamp. Nice work Esee.

Awesome thanks bud! Nice haversack btw. Looking at the size I dunno much that yhe 6 could do that the JG5 couldn’t.

The 6 is thicker and should split wood better. It’s also more hand filling. The 6’s pointer tip will penetrate deeper also. Different profiles for different jobs.

Yea, I don’t do a lot of batonning or penetrating lol I like my axe for wood processing. I’m excited about the carving axe if it ever happens. (Hint hint) my knives are for feathers, game, and carving. I think the JG5 is great. Hard to pick with the PR4.... but if that’s the worse I have to deal with it’s a great day.

I’m a big chopper knife guy. Ax skill is something that I lack. For me an ax is a dangerous liability but I get why people like them. The 6 does well as a one tool option. It’ll do a lot.

I understand and respect that. The chopper concept is why I was interested in the six. I’ve just never been that into “big” knives but I see the utilitarian value in them.

There’s a better option then the 6 if you want to try a chopper...

@Armatus Carry posted the dangler on instagram the other day. I think they will be available next week but can’t remember.

I must say, I like the looks of that new sheath. It gives a classic look to the JG5.
I hope the group buy 6 has a similar sheath.
