Using this thread to post up some guys and shops who build customized Swiss Army Knives. Think blades and tools of your choosing and titanium scales. Also just custom scale makers for SAKs. Anyone else know any or have some custom work, post them up.
1) CUSTOM SAK MAKER - ALM Knives & Tools These guys are the best I've seen, their work is amazing. They are also members on EDC Forums which is how I found out about them. If you love SAKs you need to at least take a look at these sites and their amazing work. Fair warning they are one of the best and stay backlogged with work & particularly with answering their email. 2) CUSTOM SAK MAKER - Woro Knives - Andrzej Woronowski Makes custom titanium scales for SAK's in Poland awknives@gmail.com Another one to check out, makes amazing titanium scales for SAKs you attach yourself. This guys is a true craftsman as well and worth at least checking. He just moved to a new building and is backlogged. He is also branching out into other areas and knives. Last I heard he was no longer doing SAK scales but that is a rumor I'm unsure of. 3) CUSTOM SAK MAKER - rickinfl 09/30/2016 Update - Just spoke to Rick of rickinfl, he is no longer building custom SAKs for people. He has a young family and no time right now which I truly understand from raising a family and a long high hour career. His customs were truly amazing but no more for now.

The quality is outstanding.
SAKmodder.com has some really nice looking stuff, although I emailed him a couple times with no response. Maybe someone else will have better luck, or at least get some ideas from the website....
I was aware of such craftsmen and have run into their work in different places. I never seriously considered modifying any of my SAKs. It may be time to reconsider. Thanks for the informative post.
I think my dream sak would be an alox fieldmaster with cerakoted handles and a boy scout style bail....
I think adding scissors to a Harvester, and changing the main blade for one of the locking models would make a perfect edc knife.

10/02/2016 Update: SAKmodder is now putting some custom SAK's on Ebay as eBay seller "sakmodder". @mmbackpacker. He has 2 completed listings and one current to check out examples of his work.
A silver ALOX Pruner was sacrificed today, but now I have a new favorite SAK, maybe a new favorite knife overall. A custom Titanium Spartan with a pruning blade in the place of the small pen blade! ALM Knives & Tools custom SAK has now been customized further. Added the Sparty bead and lanyard but will probably replace this bead with one from Rook52. Also added a mini-screwdriver to the corkscrew.
